Due to poor remodeling planning a mold insp was not scheduled after remediation. Explained problem to Wayne and he worked me into schedule by extending his hours to fit me in. Rains also complicated the insp. His insp was professionally accomplished and report forwarded as soon as he received the test results. I highly recommend his company to anyone wanting a thorough and professional insp done to their property. Mr. J. Wood

I called to get his thoughts on what I should ask the seller to fix, and he suggested everything. He reminded me that is what I paid him to do, to make recommendations on what needed to be fixed....and he did just that! The seller agreed to all requested items to fix.
