Due to poor remodeling planning a mold insp was not scheduled after remediation. Explained problem to Wayne and he worked me into schedule by extending his hours to fit me in. Rains also complicated the insp. His insp was professionally accomplished and report forwarded as soon as he received the test results. I called to get his thoughts on what I should ask the seller to fix, and he suggested everything.
